Why didnt you pay attention to the warnings? Also you are correct, people need to look beyond youtube because youtube isnt always going to be a constant, youtube can essentially fire you, they can terminate your account. So all of these people just making youtube videos well it might not last forever like they think it will. Mrpregnant I was around back then and I remember you using a auto-refresh tool on your browser to cheat to get views. You were a cheater back then to become popular. You deserve to be banned!
I think the videos were deleted, not because they were a prank call to 911, but rather the videos contain what youtube considers "hate speech". In the videos, Mr Pregnant says "Im a big stinking faggot".. It is a shame, because youtube has a tendency to delete videos without telling people why. They basically say "you broke the rules, but we wont tell you which one, just dont do it again" Im sure if he knew the reason originally, he would have deleted all the other vids that contained the word.

MrPregnant is terminated while channels that feature booy clap videos with 270,000 views are not. It's far from fair, but that is the risk you take if you choose to push buttons. TimothyDeLaGhetto has been suspened in the past. Lots of people have. Look at LifeInATent - he continually makes new Channels.

Your content has to be friendly for EVERYONE, his, often is not. he had the opportunity to mark his videos rated differently, he dropped the ball and was flagged, end of story. Ask yourself this - if deefizzy was flagged - would MrPregnant to YOUR AID? I think not.
Bottom line is that if you Uplaod content that borders on TOS Violations - don't Upload them.

Why didnt you pay attention to the warnings? Also you are correct, people need to look beyond youtube because youtube isnt always going to be a constant, youtube can essentially fire you, they can terminate your account. So all of these people just making youtube videos well it might not last forever like they think it will. Youtube can fire its partners and the people making money off of youtube need to remember that.

Dont know if you remember my user name out of the countless ones, but as a human being I have a great deal of respect for you and I can tell how passionate you are about your goals and ive always supported you even when you do things I dont even personally find funny, you are great and If I had the power I would reinstate you myself. The problem is the 6th months. That's half a YEAR. Why not one, or even three at the most? People on Youtube need to stand up against this. But no one ever will. Same thing happened to me on my first account. Not to mention they have an option to "appeal" knowing they will NEVER change their decision. It's biased and unfair.

I think the videos were deleted, not because they were a prank call to 911, but rather the videos contain what youtube considers "hate speech". In the videos, Mr Pregnant says "Im a big stinking faggot".. It is a shame, because youtube has a tendency to delete videos without telling people why. They basically say "you broke the rules, but we wont tell you which one, just dont do it again" Im sure if he knew the reason originally, he would have deleted all the other vids that contained the word.

@deefizzy - I'll be the first to say that YouTube TOS is far from fair. When you try to contact YouTube partner-support you're often met with a generic letter that says too bad so sad. MrPregnant is terminated while channels that feature booy clap videos with 270,000 views are not. It's far from fair, but that is the risk you take if you choose to push buttons. TimothyDeLaGhetto has been suspened in the past. Lots of people have. Look at LifeInATent - he continually makes new Channels.

@deefizzy Furthermore, regardless if he was in the presence of Adults, CHILDREN use this website. Your content has to be friendly for EVERYONE, his, often is not. he had the opportunity to mark his videos rated differently, he dropped the ball and was flagged, end of story. Ask yourself this - if deefizzy was flagged - would MrPregnant to YOUR AID? I think not.
Bottom line is that if you Uplaod content that borders on TOS Violations - don't Upload them.

Google sucks,really,the day they toke youtube over they block accounts for stupid reasons!! I stoped making videos because every song i putted to a presentation they gived me a warning,i never said i maded the music,i always putted the name of the maker of that song!! Making videos is not fun anymore like the old days!!What dude is soo stupid to sell one of the most popular sites like youtube to a corporation like google!!

Not gonna lie. Mr Pregnant is such a nice guy. This is his passion. I dont see why youtube should be wrecking what he loves to do because of something stupid. He inspires to many people to just be deleted, and if youtube can't see through this and the agony he's going through then fuck them.

I read the emails on your website and I don't think you should be reinstated. You try to use WHO you are to get you back onto YouTube. Just because you were here from the beginning doesn't make you any more important. YouTube would have became famous with or without you. The way you wrote your emails makes you sound like you think you're the president of YouTube. You're just another account. @mrpregnantmusic - Whats the problem again? This isn't the first time your account has been suspended. This isn't the first time you've cried out to YouTube users to help you with a suspended account.
Bottom line is that you frequently Upload videos that are flaggable. If you don't want your videos flagged, don't make videos saying things like FAGGOT.
You know that your videos are border on Terms of Use Violations. So why Uplaod them, then cry about it?
