I find it unbelievable that Gypsy survived horrific injuries and physical trauma that by all accounts should've killed her, then she died in her sleep a few years later. She wasn't ill at the time of her death and she wasn't old. That being said, it was a heart wrenching story with a bittersweet ending. I appreciate what was done to save Gypsy, the majority of shelters now have policy to kill ALL pitbulls regardless of demeanor, age, and health. Thank you for your compassion towards Gypsy.

Thanks for the people for helping Gypsy! God bless all of you!!!!!!
People judge these dogs because of the bad fame, which created by the media! They do not know, what the have to face by the owners....there is an old and very true saying: Do not judge a thing, til you do not know every details of it!
I hope, that once dogfighting will be stopped and these beautiful darlings can live a normal life with loving people!
nice song choice! made me cry. I am happy to see that she has made a Great recovery from her injuries, mentally i hope she will learn to trust humans again but this time out of love and not fear!
Wow....look what bad humans did to Gypsy...and look what good humans did....this beautiful girl had a will to live, and these caring hands saw to it that she was given a second chance...Wow...Amazing...god bless all of you!! I'm so happy she made it, and wow what a beautiful girl was under all that abuse!!
Amazing recovery, even more amazing job done on the face - she looks GOOOOOOD! Thank you to all vets and technicians and rescue workers and volunteers and everyone who go above and beyond. The lives you save are certainly worth it.
Long ago I thought dog fighting was a macho thing. I had a pit bull I carried on duty as a police dog. He was wonderful and did his job. As I have matured I see the absolute horror imposed on these dogs for the purpose of fighting for cash. I vow to do all I can to stop it!
awwww the poor little angel no dog or animal deserves that who ever done that to her should be hung it realy brakes my heart to see that .. in so glad gypsy made a full recovery xxx
So so sad, the people who left this poor dog to die in this state need some treatment themselves, the same treatment and abuse they gave this poor girl. She certainly had some guardian angels. Wonderful to see her happy at the end. I need more tissues now.............
There just has to be a special place in hell for the people that allow this to happen. Until then they deserve long prison sentences.

No difference from this and what the "great" man Earl Tudor did. Hypocrite.
