  • Read a real book instead of liberal propaganda. The earth has been heating up and cooling down for "millions of years". Well, at least that's what the same scientists say that hypocritically promote the myth of "Global Warming". Africa used to be covered in marsh lands. Layers and layers of rock show fossil life over thousands of years, some layers containing oceanic fossils, then land fossils, then oceanic fossils. The time between layers adding up to 10s of thousands of years.

  • @soundtheology I can assure you that most of the members of the Cyph are extremely well-read. Beyond that, you've offered a theory that temperatures change over a vast span of time, which I don't think anybody is disputing. As far as "climate change" goes, we're talking about climate change at an alarming rate, and we're talking about "climate change" as the result of human activities. Beyond that, climate change is only one of many issues this song addresses.

  • @chillyche Lot's of people read books everyday, however most tend to read the books that lean toward their already established paradigm. There are just as many books by credible authors that debunk your "Truth". Read "Is the sky really falling". Of course my example took place over a "vast span of time" but scientists will even argue that the effects can take place almost immediately. Don't believe me? lookup "punctuated equalibrium".

  • @soundtheology Besides climate change, the song addresses air pollution, water pollution, oil drilling in protected environments, ozone depletion, extinction, viral epidemics, as well as some of the social forces that dance with these issues. The song indicts the expansionist manifest destiny mentality that suggests "there's always more" as well as the profits over people sociopathy that allows people to put economic gain over environmental security. I guess we weren't clear enough with lyrics

  • @soundtheology shut up this is youtube not national geographic

  • Got a dope beat, some flow, these dudes are worried, and so should everyone else, the ultimate problem is not really about the environment, or climate change, it's really about saving the human race, addressing climate change/environmental problems is necessary to save ourselves!!!

  • I understand ya'll are doing your underground thing...but this song is a disgrace...sounds like it should be in a Bill Nye the Science Guy video
