Indeed. I'm a goon, albeit too noob of a goon to not yet qualify for Goonswarm, but still, goons enjoy EVE. Have never heard of talks to destroy it. Goons try to destroy shitty games, mostly browser games. Games like EVE are good for continuous tear-extraction.

You may be surprised at the quality of the graphics in EVE on even mid-range systems. This video also pre-dates the Trinity upgrade, which if you have a good graphics card, looks absolutely gorgeous.

GS has been getting some flak precisely for *not* doing that. Remember the basic Goon ideal is not to play defensively, and in fact is not to take a serious stance in any online endeavor at all, especially not a game. Some even say that any Goon with a capital ship is a hypocrite since they've obviously spent alot of time and resources and EFFORT to get it. (I think it just makes them more effective at causing havoc against the efforts of others.)
