it's truly done with a regular soda, and quarter. In reality this isn't criss's trick. It was made by Wayne Houchin. Criss uses a lot of other peoples tricks without giving them credit

I noticed someone on here referred to Chris Angel as Mind Fake. Its adorable they can throw out such sophomoric name-calling like that. However, I have a newsflash for that dip shit: There is no such thing as REAL magic! The art of conjuring involves making people think they are seeing something that they really are not. Its not supposed to be real. Of course it is fake. Its supposed to be for entertainment. Do you scoff at cartoons? They're not real either. Think with logic. Grow up!

I think it is funny when people say Chris Angel stole this trick from Wayne Houchin. Fun fact: many of the illusions performed by David Copperfield, Lance Burton and other world-famous magicians were actually designed by Jim Steinmeyer. Yet, no one says Jim was ripped off! Use some logic, people. Magic is a limitless art form. There are no boundaries to magic except the #1 rule: Do not reveal a secret. Ive never heard of a rule that says you cant perform a trick if someone else thought of it.

my speculation: quarter was never inserted into can before opening it. noise can easily be made by him by some method. the same act of opening is when the insertion of quarter happens. with a little slight of hand and pratice this illusion can be achieve. this is just my quess i could be wrong but can't see how else it's possible.

spectators are lead to believe that the coin is already in the can when in actuality it isn't, and is furthor distracted and misled by his actions. watch his hands closely. 90 percent of magic is presentation.
