Walk towards the back of the room until you find a computer. It will pull up a command prompt and ask for a password which is RUSALKA then press enter.

Next type in CD and press Enter. Finally type in DOA and press Enter.

It will pull up an arcade looking game named Dead Ops Arcade. Go in and Play and there you unlocked it.

Something I found useful.

If you type it in "CD \", you are gonna go to the root.

Then you can see by typing DIR, that there is another way out of home/username", named BIN.

Then, if you type CD BIN, you are gonna open another directory, which is, a directory of commands. If you type DIR now, you are gonna have ALL of the actually possible commands.

Go to emails, there is one telling you hints to password. It says a name Of mentor/impportance ( to alex mason) and a date of importance/award. In other email it says amason won a shooting award in 53 so password  is a name + 53

@lMrHankeyl I believe it's to unlock the 3rd zombie map. Perhaps you have to beat the game on Veteran to get the password. Or maybe Treyarch wised up and locked it like this to keep pirates from spreading what it is. The password may be that number that Richtofen is saying when starting one of the other maps.

@lMrHankeyl I'm not entirely sure about that. I know that to unlock the Pentagon map you need to beat the game. I would assume that you if you have the password you may not need to beat the game in order to unlock the 3rd map.
