  • bardzo ciekawe i pouczające ;)

  • no one has a patent on ALL multitouch, ESPECIALLY apple. get your facts straight. apple has a series of patents on SOME multitouch IMPLEMENTATIONS, not every idea that is out there. plus, its not even their technology. ignorant fanboys dont know that they got the technology from fingerworks back in 2005. if you want to experiment you can visit fingerworks com slash downloads dot html

  • Actually he didn't. Reactivision team which uses TUIO protocol for their reactable, uses DI technique not FTIR. DI allows you to sense fiducials/markers, FTIR does not.

  • thank god they don't

  • no, it doesn't

  • no it doesn't, that's what the evil giant tries to imply. multi-touch has been around since the eighties. Apple was the first to see it's potential and capitalize on that. Basically they own a several gestures and behaviors that multi-touch is capable of.

Below I'm posting three very interesting articles relating to apple's claims.

  • Does Apple not own the patent on multi-touch?

  • yes
