@qwazarus123 Comparing Ozzy and Dio to each other is a pretty moronic thing to do, Ozzy and Dio had two totally different vocals. Ozzy's voice was spine chilling, especially on Sabbaths first album. Dio would have never been able to pull off such eerie sounding vocals. And if it was Dio on the first album, not Ozzy. We probably wouldn't have Heavy Metal today, atleast as we know it anyway.

Ozzy has nothing on me and a ton of other drug abusers. His drug abuse was/is just more publicized. I don't know anything about reports that doctors want to study his brain because he sunk into the depths of drug abuse and lived through it but if that is the case there is a whole slew of us that fit the same profile. I guarantee I did enough drugs to kill the average person a million times over. I had friends that did the same thing and lie six feet under today. Some of us get lucky, some don't!

what i find most interesting about sabbath actually involves the beatles and led zepp as well. all 3 bands had ties w/ alister crowly. page lived in his house. ozzy sings about him, and hes pictured on a beatles album cover. all 3 bands achieved fame to the point 30, 40, even 50 yrs later ppl still listen to them religiously and a tragedy befel each also. seems they sold their souls for rock and roll and paid the prices for their otherworldly gifts.
