Hope this is not a redundant question. ut what type of shoulder strap did you use? I've tried a similar rig but the more I load it the more it slids from my back to my waist. Have you had this issue? If so what have you done to counteract this?

@79outlaw It is the Maxpedition Extension strap with the Janus pouch, plus the Maxpedition 1.5" Shoulder Pad. The Shoulder pad is a nicely gripping surface to the underside which holds the pack with out much shifting.

@charper3006 I could put a couple together if some one wanted, but I probably won't add it to the site. The 2" shoulder pads can be hard to get. and the Janus pouch is pricey for how small it is. I happened to have one all ready so it was an easy rig for me.

Have you had time to walk around much in the woods wearing that new sling? What I'm wondering is if the butt pack part stays pretty much in place or does it work it's way to your side?

@oregonmikes Actually I wore it around the house for a while as I worked, that is why I added the shoulder pad and Janus pouch. The pad holds it on my shoulder, and the pouch weight counter weights the but pack so it barley moves at all.

@GlockAnimal For some reason when you use Internet Explorer some pictures don't come up. We are trying to fix it. If you have Google Chrome or Fire Fox all the pictures work.
