  • I switch to the other end of my bed. It sounds wierd I know, lol, but for some reason it helps me to fall asleep. That and listening to some music, even though I play muisc when I sleep anyway.

  • Sometimes I can't sleep at night either, it doesn't mean your nocturnal or have a sleeping problem. No sleeping pills or any weird perscription drugs is necessary. Make a list of what you have to do the next day or the following morning babe.. New video ideas, errands, paying bills and picture you doing those things. Reading helps me sometimes before bed, watching late night tv. Praying goes along away. Talking to a friend on the phone that has a similar problem. I hope this has gotten better.aa

  • sleeping pills would not help since we just learned in psychology that pills altough they seem to make us fall asleep we dont have REM sleep when on a slppeing pill, which is they most important part of sleep, try listening to some calming music or like make ur self really tired in the day so you can go to sleep at night, and dont sleep during the day no matter how tired you feel becasue then it will mess up ur circadian rythym all over again

  • I completely agree with popdivas100 melatonin works wonders I took it when I had really bad chronic fatigue (it's better now) and couldn't sleep. It's the same 'hormone thing' that is in your brain and it helps your brain to tell the difference between day and night so you get sleepy!   • a few months a ago I really had problems to fall asleep, dont know why... maybe becaus of stress or something..but .I think mainly it was because I didn't went sleeping at the same time everyday... Try to have a bed routine, then your body knows when it s time to sleep ;)

  • Turn off the computer. It can be such a sleep killer. And wake up early in the morning... before 9:00 am! If you're active throughout the day, you naturally feel tired when it gets late. If you sit or lie down for most of the day... its hard to fall asleep because you restless because there wasn't much activity during the day.

  • Try Taking Melatonin Its like a natural sleeping pill you can but at any grocery store or tylenol pm hope this helps :)

  • Drink Chamomille tea :) It's kinda gross, but if you add honey then its fine. The tea I drink is called Bed time tea, and there's also like Sleepytime tea and lots of others. I also read when I want to fall asleep and it helps :)

  • @madison042m actually you shouldn't watch TV if you're trying to fall asleep. the light from the tv stimulates your brain which actually makes you stay up longer. just saying :)
