bit on the angled side but a good video nevertheless..the S being a bit small hails back to the original superman...and all the other S including on the slightly darker than Chris Reeves...is more to the original though the cape being bit dark red doesn't look that dark in this, it's looks more red here than it did in Superman Returns..nice job, where can i get 1 cheers

My issues with this Superman suit: The Superman 'S' is a little small, the red of the cape, boots , the Superman symbol on the crest and the umm underwear area should have been brighter. I don't like that there is a Superman symbol on his belt (there should be only one Superman symbol on the front of the suit and that's on the chest) And why does the cape not have a yellow Superman symbol?

Anyways, nice suit. Doesn't matter if it's not the Christopher Reeves version. As great as he did the role, it doesn't officially make him better then anyone else who tries. It's an actor taking on the role of a superhero, not the other way around. Routh and Returns was a fitting entry in the original movie series.

The superman returns costume was so crappy IMO, the colors were darker and the S was too small, It should look more like the Christopher Reeve one where the colors are more bright and The S is a lot bigger.

The brighter colors look a little better but its still an ugly ass costume. The S looks cheap and plastic and the cape doesn't look at all regal. I mean wtf?!?

Good work, I like the brighter colors when compared too the actual costume in Returns. Too me, the colors were too dark. And Superman's colors should reflect good times ahead, or a brghter future.. So how much would you be willing too sell the costume for, or how much would you charge too make one?

I'm just thinking in terms of next year and Halloween.

@jkoeni2 It was basically Bryan Singer's idea, but his reason (which is a good reason) is that him flying it would be too blurry, so he put the symbol on the belt and it is also on the boots, and if you look closely at the suit in Returns; there are a bunch of mini \S/ in the symbol.

@Italia8023 In Superman Returns the symbol wasn't on the cape. It was on the belt instead, and if you look closely there are mini symbols in the main symbol.

That is not the movie costume. That is a Studio reproduction. Those are nowhere near the color's of the outfit for the film. That's almost so bright and dynamic it's getting close to the '78' Reeve costume. If you also look at the advertising for the film , the colors were tweiked too look more classic Superman. I would have loved to of seen that on screen.

I actually prefer the colors they used in the movie. The darker shades really looked great. These are just too bright. Primary colors aren't really meant to be mixed. That's why the darker shades really help the look IMO.

The costume in the original Superman movies with Christopher Reeve was much better, looks like everything in this one is made of rubber. Plus where is the yellow "S" on the back of this cape? The "S" on the front looks like a big piece of rubber held on by velcro. The original movie costume was much much better.
