Thank you for your comment. The ultrasound unit is a Sonosite Snerve. I think this provides the finest ultrasound image in the all portable ultrasound units.

Thank you for your comment. I usually place a convex probe on the medial side of middle femur.

do you have a picture of the leg, in which we can see the positioning of the us-probe and the needle.

we usually come with the needle between artery and femur.
