Yes, Check out laoutback on youtube and you can see a couple of other rhythms where I use this technique. It makes it easier to play technical rhythms very fluidly, without a break, with the horn played as a beat. The horn pattern can be varied to create different rhythm patterns in a piece. This one is not as tricky as others I do such as 'Control Freak' and 'Mouth Drum' which require a lot of technique and above all else, stamina.
