if you are driving Off-Road, using it on a bike or going under 55mph on the highway then you can definitely pre-install it into your tires.

does slime do anything before you get a flat ? Ive used it to seal a flat on a couple of tires worked great but did nothing but make a mess on a tube and the patches failed too
