@lildickheads If you really want the story to be of your own then yes, it's much funner that way and you would be able to choose the events to happen in your own way without the default story settings since you didn't play the first one.

@thugproofclips Shamefully, I dropped this game after completing the Eden Prime mission. When I got ME2 and completing it, I just had to "go back in time" and finish the ME1 missions.

You really get deep in the mud with this game. But assuredly, it it a wonderful war epic!!!

i dont see GoW in it other than the 3rd person view(1. its in no way as gory as GoW 2. the enemies have almost no similarities 3. they are 2 different Genres of games(Third-Person Shooter and Third-Person RPG/Shooter)) also Gears of Wars is all gunplay ME is gunplay with special Biotic abilities

Dude we're playing sci-fi here, it's incomplete without sci-fi weapons. An like Mattmandx1 said....it makes a lot more sense to use a small block and then use minature particles to shoot as projectiles so that the shooter dosn't have to worry about ammo, which is a lot more practicle in a combat situation.

btw, laser is already being used to destroy missles.

actually in the game's description the weapons actually shoot sharp metal shavings from a block using magnetic force, which can fire thousands of times befere beng reloaded, which sounds more practical than bullets to me

it's similar to kotor in the sense that is an rpg, you choose what your character wants to say, and you can romance other characters. it's made by the same company (bioware).

i would definately recommned you play this game. kotor was my favourite rpg until i playe dmass effect.

the super sprint happens only during battle, however when not in battle hold down a and it seems to me that you run just a bit faster than normal
