@Mindfreakfan11 Its sounds like he has a vocal harmonizer effect on. Notice how it almost sounds like 2 voices. Yes, he also has A LOT of reverb and delay as well. His latest albums have had this effect goin on. If you listen to stronger than death, sonic brew and 1919 eternal his vocals were much dryer. He is a great singer but he is trying to enhance his voice a lot more these days. Ozzy also uses a similar effect as well.
