RepetitionSucks. Know what you mean but I still quite liked it. It's quite rare for Grant to do interviews. You're right they are a UK thing, but still, bless em, they're trying!! I do love Feeder though. xx
This documentary inspired me to upload a few more tracks I recorded on my camera at the HMV show/signing. At the time the video was too big in size to upload to YouTube, until now! :D. It's available on my channel!.
That day at HMV I'll never forget. I didn't even want to get on that train back home afters and wanted to stay in London for another night to celebrate!!.
Apart from the last bit being really nice, especailly for the mention of Grant's memory with Jon. The rest of this documentary SUCKED and told us nothing new.
The research is dreadful, the way the voice-over man goes is as if Feeder are known all over the world, when they've only charted high in the UK. I'd love them to be word famous but sadly that's not true.
Also, what is it with showing that HORRIBLE NME article of Jon's death TWICE?, not to mention the depressing picture that went with it
it's true that feeder isn't well known. I think they are fairly popular in Japan though. I believe that it will take one really poppy rocky album for them to hit it big. I'm wishing, hoping that one day they can do it. They deserve it, Satellite News alone is a song that should solidify a high ranking status, but the world doesn't know those songs. It's unfortunate.
I've only seen this a few times and I'm not too keen on it. Using Pop Factory stuff with the band miming bar one clip was annoying, and why that horrible TV show played a part in this pisses me off. The documentary also tells us nothing new and is kinda poorly made. I only enjoyed the interview bits and live stuff. Dubbing a live recording over the music videos seemed odd.
that jazzmaster he was using foe high at reading doesn't get seen very often

However Grant saying "I had a big row with Jon, typical Feeder that was!" makes me smile every time. RIP mate :(.
