It is his hair on the Bad tour, if you look you can see that it is his hair pulled back to cover the scars. He had surgery just before Dangerous and it didn't go well. He did wear some wigs after that, he looked very nice in them, what do you expect when a person has been on fucking fire? There is nothing funny about that.
