How would you split a clip in two? And, how do you play a vid fram by fram. When you press the arrow keys, it goes by 4 frames :P

Splitting a clip is very easy. The S key.

Some vids cannot be played frame by frame cause there arent enough frames, vegas will automaticly make some frames itself but in fact there only exist 1 frame in every 4 frames.

1 frame exists, 2nd 3rd 4th dont.

Use the effect brightness.

Put it on your clip..

Zoom in pretty far (scroll up) and go to the place where u want the flash..

make a keyframe where u make brightness '0' then make one with brightness '1' right next to it..then move a bit to the right and make a key frame '0' again.

Make your first layer, you put the video there. Make another layer (on top of ur 1st one) and make the text.

What editing do you mean in the end, i really didn't do anything special there.

You gotta be more specific if you want to know what I did 'zooming into the corner thing?' is a bit random.

You should try the Purple arrow in the left down corner. With orange triangle. Move it slightly to the right and you should go pretty slowly. Most of your recording dont need to go frame to frame to frame cause your recording exists out of more frames per picture.

Ik denk dat je het beste die balk die normaal rechts van de tabs zit, naar rechts te schuiven. Als het goed is zit hij bij jou helemaal naar links, daar zie je een verticale streep en als je je muis erop houdt wordt het een verticaal tekentje. Houdt dan je muis ingedrukt en schuif naar rechts.

Turn your speakers' volume up and try putting up the volume of ur pc it self and do you see the midle bar in vegas? it's the master volume. Try that too.
