I am thinking of getting an Aeroforce X80, I know its an old bow, but all the stats point to it being a valuable target bow.

48" High axel to axel

7-8" long brace hight

240fps AMO

smooth draw cycle with tunable hard wall and dead straight arrow launch.

I am told these are the factors that make a good target bow, Any Info you might have would be greatly appreciated.

All of your comments are foolish, ONIEDA BOWS are not to expensive, A talon coast 600 dollars. I have a ONIEDA Osprey, and is awsome. Every person saying there are two many moving parts can kiss my butt. ARE YOU AN ENGINEER? these bows do the same amount of damage, have the same speed, with less draw. Beat that.

Overpriced, not practical, inefficient. The more moving parts you at the less efficency is lost. They are way to long and outdated.

Bowtech, Mathews, or Hoyt. Not as expensive ( I can't believe I just said that these guys are less expensive.)

I bought an Oneida Eagle Bow 8-19-08(second one), drove down to factory in Marion Mi,they sold me a bow with used parts at a new bow price of $1378.00, the pro sight quit working 2 days after I bought it, nothing but problems, I had to quit shooting it after 6 days, got my money back today. Buyer beware. Oneida shooters before you post bad stuff, I have all the paperwork to prove it. Customer lost for life.

idk about noise b/c i just shot one today at an expo but i've just got to say DANG oneida's are my favorite bow since i've started archery. even though they shoot lower draw weight they are definately fast enough to make a clean kill shot. (sooo smooth)
