@kingzo72788 Chicago is a great place to be anytime of the year, but you'll probably want to go during the summer because it can get mighty cold in winter. It has a stunning nightlife, an awe-inspiring skyline (literally, you cannot see the tops of the buildings sometimes because they reach the clouds) and a great strip of downtown along Mich. Avenue and also the lakefront where the museums and Soldier Field are. It's definitely a place to see!
I'm from Wisconsin and I've been there many times.
I would fell so weird if i went to Chicago. 1.Im from the south and from wat i heard its very different up there so i maybe wont fit in. 2. Im from a small city, Birmingham, al. Birmingham is the biggest city in AL. Birmingham is the largest city in Al but its a small city compared to the other mayor cities in the US. I would lov to go and maybe liv in Chicago but its jus so far away. After i think about it might fell at home in Chicago. Chicago is great place to go.

There are millions of people in the city itself and as many as nine million in a very close area if you include the suburbs that pour into Indiana and Wisconsin. There are tons of different people here. It's a true American melting pot culture--a great place to be, you should visit!
I am really surprised that not many movies use Chicago's LSD as a back drop. As great as they are, LA & NYC are getting tiresome and old. There's a lot more the America than those said two cities. Chicago is one of them.

What does have to do with my comment? I've acknowledged the amount of films that are shot in NYC, why bring up Toronto (which is also an overlooked city for filming) when I specifically noted AMERICAN cities, not Canadian.

@TickleMeElmo55 The reason for filming in Toronto is because the fact of filming in Canada is cheaper for some reason, same as loads of movies made in Vancouver. The Hurricane with Denzel Washington show Toronto as its actual settings.
@Ccliskaboy I have been every City in 49 states. The only state I have never been in is Alaska. Manhattan NYC,Chicago,and San Francisco were my top 3 favorite U.S. Cities.
