I say try Laura, Cue, Arrive Alive, Phoenix And The Turtle. Well actually there's a lot of "other post-rock bands" besides mentioned by you. Just keep listening to new stuff, you'll find something fitting your tastes eventually.

@seigneurvoland666 EitS and Mogwai are my favorite post-rock bands. :P Their music is just pure bliss and they've almost literally founded today's post-rock. However, I do greatly enjoy almost all other post-rock bands too. I'm going to see EiTS live in may, can't f*cking wait! :D

It's kinda funny, the original recording of "Summer" sounds absolutely nothing like the "Priority Version" (which Mogwai supposedly despise, btw). I guess System Of A Down were incapable of plagarizing in good taste lol.
