I can download the whole program and get up the same info as you do. But when it comes to extracting the files it just says "An Error Occured copying the file:

And eventhough i Pressed continue and extracted all my iPod library from my iPod, nothing happened when I dragged the folder onto the iTunes library. Eventhough I klicked the settings as you had on iTunes...
