The "Hit Crew" are thieves who try to claim ownership of music that has NOTHING to do with them. They file claims that they "own" Apple's license-free music. They owe me about 200 dollars.
@jackhicko I am being looked into for copyright infringement on a tune I picked up off of Apples Garage Band. The complaint was made just moments after I uploaded the video. How can they get away with this? Why are they still allowed on Youtube?
The entertainment industry is a fucking scam. Phizer only gets 5-7 years of patent protection rights yet Yoko Ono is still benefiting from John Lennons music? FUCKING SCAM.
@cstarsfly Phizer gets the same length of patent protection as any other patent holder. The problem (for them) is that they have to patent their drugs before FDA testing begins, and that testing takes a very, very long time. The intent of patent clocks starting the moment of issuance was to discourage companies from keeping useful products off the market, but it's had unexpected effects.
Thanks for providing all the lyrics! The only parts I knew were the verse with "left the barbershop with tonic on his hair" and "the cops picked up the pieces after Clancy left the scene". The song is a lot of fun, although that guy would probably be in jail most of the time.
