There's one from xsellize. It comes with all the other fields you have to put in. All you need to fill in is the APN. epc.tmobile.com.

There is a better on I had used this and cold only send not get pictures I am also with tmobile if any1 wants the other links ect let me know but still a good video and this method works for many ppl but the ones it didn't work for hmu and I can help!

I have two phones....one phone, a 3G, this worked on. it's running on 4.2.1 with modem firmware 05:11:07. the other, a 3Gs, it did not work .. it is running 4.2.1 with modem firmware 06:15:00.

If u want it to work wit tmobile go to my video and follow my instructions. For those of u dat have simple mobile u will have to click on simple mobile. Mine does really work and for da one who made this video it may have worked for him but mine does work.

@UnusualSoundz yeah, once you enable "3G" your signal will go away for a few minutes, but it will return and your phone will be running 3G speed.
