Black Swan Movie Review - 2 o'clock Critics

I waited until I saw it today to post a comment. Portman is phenomenal. and as a former ballerina, I can tell you that they NAILED the essence of what it takes to dance the Black Swan.  It's one of the most difficult roles to play, and her dance was BREATHTAKING.

Enjoyed 'Requiem for a Dream', but will never watch it again.

I read the 'Black Swan' script a year ago. I don't remember much about it accept it seemed quite bizarre. I guess I didn't read too much into the visual descriptions because they were vague and I guess I wanted to be surprised.

I will say, from what I read, it seemed very straight forward and flowed smoothly. Yet ,some aspect seemed challenging (directorial wise).
