Very beautiful indeed - the stream/cascade section especially lovely.

I note you've used the same slate below water to line the pond and 'take the edge off' as it were. Good work there. Did you build the pond over a large PVC or EPDM membrane? Or have you gone the whole hog and built it of stone and mortar and then V8 sealed the whole interior? Volume must be huge!

Most intrigued to know.

Excellent water clarity; I would imagine you have a large UV-equipped filter too?

Who makes the Pond Balance you use and where is this pond? Climate wise...?

@karenmac2 Hi, it's made by Interpet and called 'pond balance' its amazing in 3 days it'll clear your pond and just add a little during the summer months and it'll stay super clear. But make sure you have good airation.

@tina2793 Thanks for the comment :) It's good filteration and a product called 'Pond Balance' that seems to be the main thing that keeps it clear.

this is the exact type of pond i would like to build in my yard, how did you get the grass to grow up to the edge of the pond.

Hi there, have a look at my earlier vid of the pond....U can see the edge in one of them. The liner is pulled over thegrass, then steaked and cut into a 'w' shapes to let the grass grow. I can make the water level exactly the same level as the grass but the grass sucks over 2" of water level in day.....dont forget your levels for the grass bit that's most important.
