This is phenomenal. I effing love Thursday with a passion. They've been my favorite since the 10th grade, which was quite a few years ago. I plan on getting the dove tattoo soon.
Its because they got labeled "emo" in which most outsiders automatically assume that it means "emo" as in the new sense of the word in all actuality is just pop-punk. Most people don't actually listen to music first these days, they "look" at the aesthetic of the band,judge them upon that and don't even bother listening. So, i'm willing to bet that most outsiders come to the conclusion that Thursday sounds like Taking Back Sunday and all they sing about is girls and break-ups. Pisses me off.
Maybe it was the recording quality but when I first heard this song i hated it. Now I love it. The new EP will be great, and so will whatever comes after that
this song sounds like Envy to me (search "envy" with "left hand"). which is good thing cause it also sounds like good old Thursday. cant wait for the split.
Of course it doesn't sound like the old Thursday. Thursday keeps evolving with every album, and unlike other bands, somehow they manage to keep getting better. But it's still Thursday, and it's fucking awesome.
cool video, but something just doesnt seem right about thursdays new songs to me. its a little different and i think the songs are out of tune or something. it just doesnt seem like the old thursday to me.
my all time favorite thursday song, from the day i picked up the envy split. EVERY time i hear it i get cold chills.

ultra is right about them being under rated.
They were huge at one point then they just kinda faded away.
They are still my favorite band I cant wait till the split with envy comes out.
