about the healthy food:

I had waterweek this week...I decided to drink nothing but water AND to eat only healthy stuff like salad, chicken withouth this delicious cream-sauce and so on...

I loved every minute! This has been such a great week... I vote for more ranting on PLS! lol

I feel you on the ignorant people coming through your line at work. When I worked retail I was continuously frustrated and shocked by the level of assholery that passes for conversation with people. It was all I could do to keep myself from verbally assaulting them or just walking out of my job daily.

Now I just hide in my house behind my laptop, covered in paint. Much better. :S lol

At my old job we had two black guys who were our LP/Security. I worked at Best Buy so we had people who would stand up there to make sure people didn't steal. I remember one time I told this guy to show his receipt on his way out, he was making a huge purchase which they have to record. And he was like "Oh you mean to the two gorillas at the door?" I was so floored, I just kinda nervously laughed I had no idea how to react.

the term gorilla doesn't necessarily mean black people. gorilla could be used to describe tall, broad shouldered men. like bouncers at a club, security, etc

i mean, he might have meant it that way but maybe not, i wasn't there
