LOL! I have an F430 and an RS4 and the RS4 is CLEARLY faster than the S4 or S5 and the F430 completely destroys the RS4 in every way, except maybe on a road covered in ice and snow...

1,450 kg Ferrari @ 480hp & 380 ft/lbs trq vs 1,610 kg Audi S5 @ 349hp & 325 ft/lbs trq if its standard... The Ferrari was barely trying and maintained a sizeable margin over your Faildi. The S5 is a quick car but my 335i with jb4 tune destroys these by bus lengths, having then raced a 430 myself which destroyed me I think we can look at the logic and say that if 430>335i and 335i>S5 then 430>s5. Case rested.

@SurvivorZ1 Well for starters the driver is deadly serious and concentrating on the road - he's trying. Even a FBO s5 with bigger turbos wouldn't beat the 430. Sorry dude it just wouldn't happen.

They are not racing. Anyone can drive at those speeds without putting all their concentration on the road. But once again you are wrong, if this car would be tuned enough, it would beat the Ferrari. You could do that to almost any car. Of course the Ferrari is quicker stock vs stock since it is a lot more expensive.

@SurvivorZ1 A friends FBO Audi S5 which is running at 425rwhp (map, upgraded intercooler and downpipe) lost against a Ferrari F430 at Santa Pod raceway. S5 did the 1/4 mile in 12.9 (this was his best time), Ferrari 12.4. Please don't debate unless you have cold hard facts to present.

I think you missed my point. I said that any car can be tuned to run faster than this car. I think it is common knowledge that an Audi S5 stock won't be as quick as a F430. So, this cold fact you are talking about, here it is, a proof that an Audi can be tuned to be quicker than this Ferrari:

@SurvivorZ1 Yes and that 1000hp Audi is very well known hes spent more than 50k on that thing. His costs will increase dramatically replacing internals and turbos every 1000 miles.
We have deviated from the original point - the Ferrari was in no way shape or form racing. END OF.

Wait a second. I thought it was obvious that the Ferrari driver wasn't pushing his car hard. My only point was that the Audi could have been tuned and therefore faster than the Ferrari. I think we both know that a stock Ferrari F430 is faster than a stock Audi S5...

335i stock is not faster than s5 stock.. S5 is actually faster by an inch or two, i own one ive raced 335i and on paper what i am saying will be proven further. However since your 335i is tuned then i would believe you beat my s5. Otherwise i am sorry to tell you it wont.. So before you mislead people you should type in my 335i>s5 but 335i<s5 by a milestone be it looks, design, engine, performance, sex appeal, sound system, interior, wheels, and basically everything everything. ;)
