  • aaah.. the experts of youtube, unleashing their limitless knowledge... what a sight...

  • Measuring logs with a stick? Bitch, please...

I make firewood a lot too, and I was taught a better way- make a mark on a side of a saw- from tip of blade to that far how long logs should be. When sawing- put saw along the log and you see how long you must cut. It saved hell of a lot of time for me.

  • all the gear, no idea.....nearly cuts his foot off in the first few seconds

  • You must have to saw that again?

  • nice bit of birch ,hell of a length though.

  • buy yourself a HAHN firewood processor!!

  • yeah the saw is nice but you are really over working use your equimpment to make the job alot faster bud

  • 346xp great saw have 4 of them and one 394xp .must be one hell of a stove for the long wood.

  • looks more like fence posts

  • father use to saw whole stack just started up and goued straight down

  • Okay, this is just sad. Here's how you do it. 1) Even up the ends of two or three logs - however many your grapple will hold. 2) Hang the logs over the side of the trailer. 3) Mark them, starting at the evened ends, with chalk or a lumber crayon. 4) Cut the logs while they're hanging there -- better yet, while they're hanging over a trailer. Don't let good equipment go to waste. Why bend down when you can suspend your work waist-high? Now, make a video of that!

  • he must not have ever seen the SUPER SPLITTER 50 x faster

  • dang u guys got big fire places or what ? like ur set up u got

  • @DinkySuperstar They split those then cut them in thirds. Euro fireplaces are no bigger than ours, they just add a couple of un-needed steps(sell more equeptment that way)

  • @jacktheripped It's always good to know what one's talking about, before answering. Google, for example, "ATMOS DC 75SE" and see a fireplace, well, more exactly a "wood gasifying boiler" that will take metre length firewood... Another commonly used lenght is half metre wood. A lot of people use these connected to accu-tanks to produce warm water and heating.

  • He must have a big fireplace

  • This is pathetic.

  • i could have that cut split and stacked by the time you get 1/2 that cut

  • get a paint wheel so much faster and easier

  • What is meaking? You must be from Arkansas or Eastern Tennessee.

  • We mark the entire log with chalk, it goes a lot faster that way.

  • I meak love to my wife wit a 346 ?

  • At least he is doing it himself. I would rather see him cut his leg off than pay your (itsposs1) rude ass to do it for him.

  • your wood is soft your saw is small and ow you ve not cut your leg off is beyond me

  • @itsposs1 him using a small saw has nothing to do with anything, it's a practical saw for what he is using it for
