I just went out to dinner at La Scala in Point Loma and found out that he plays trombone in a 3 piece Jazz band on Friday nights. The owner gave us a free CD. We listened to it on the way home and it was really good! We were crackin' up. We'll never look at him the same again.
Sad note...La Scala is selling to new owners after 40 years of business and will close their doors in 3 weeks.
