You think Monsterquest could afford a $1500 sonar kit. They could make a simple 2 position system with a pvc pipe and two sonars. Heck if you are over something pull out a spear and start stabbing. You will then know if it is a croc or something else. No balls.

i just like to say this, a wolverine is a north America animal that is so elusive, that. little has been is known about this animal. now if u are talking about a massive rain forest with hundreds of miles of river maybe there are some animal that still needs to be discover, also the fact that, only a handful of outsiders has been there. just makes u think there could be a possibility of such creature.

I think they got close. Mokele-Mbembe drives off anything it finds in its territory. Crocodiles, hippos, elephants, humans, etc. Anything that it thinks poses a threat to it, it attacks and either kills or drives off. Since they said that there were no crocodiles at 11:29, they may have been in its territory. They fortunately weren't caught, otherwise the expedition would've been cut short.
