Lol, my mom was telling me how she doesn't like this new vulgar bitch who's on food network, and said the show was called "Bitch", she's 62 and Romanian (she hears what she wants to hear), and I was like what the hell are you talking about. I had to look it up. This is the first I've seen or heard of this show, and I have to say, she is amazing! This is the best show on Food Network if you ask me. So, I tried this. Simmered for six hours, then strained. Got a base like Italian Wedding soup, instead of golden. Final tasting is still fairly decent, though.
