@aznshrimp90 Advanced Seal whitening strips. I used only one box about....8 months ago ? and my teeth look just as good as they did when i finished the box so it lasts for a long time. That was my little secret so shhh! haha. plus im a freak about brushing my teeth somedays. most days i brush my teeth about 2-4 times a day :)

@Auntie414 thanks, but i heard white strips are not good for the enamel i think on the teeth. but did it hurt? and im the same with you about brushing my teeth like 4 times a day. and im getting my braces off on august 13, any tips, advice? thanks! your so sweet

@aznshrimp90 I've heard it too but it's not like I'm using them every month or every other month. I've used them ONCE in my life eight months ago and don't plan on using them again. They aare completely PAINLESS :) Good luck on getting your braces off! My advice is WEAR YOUR RETAINERS! haha. you don't want to have to go through braces again. haha. once was enough for me :D Congratulations and thank you so much :)
