Tho what i DO have is the plug&play 20 game master system joypad system with Sonic Triple Threat and pretty much the same Master System games as this ...

Nice review, just from the video, it looks like the games are exactly the same as on the Master System. I've played Altered Beast, Asult City and bomber raid on it and it looks and plays the same.
One thing you might notice is that the Game Gear games will tend to have better color as it had a slightly hiyer color pallet.
