  • ga toch weg. de helft van de dumbell gooit ie al vanuit zijn benen... zo kan ik het ook

  • It would be great to see all those big guys competing with eachother!

Further, I think you're right, Poundstone is the man for the future.

  • I must admit Zavickas is completely unbeatable at "pure" weights, however I think Poundstone has a little more mobility, hasn't had the injuries that Zavickas has, and is younger, so he might edge ahead in a few years. I went to the WSM experience at the Exxel Centre a few months back, and Zavickas thrashed our guys.

  • Poundstone is a monster, and a good bloke as well! Sadly a lot of the events in Worlds Strongest Man now make it near impossible for anyone under 6'2 to compete (the atlas stone lifts are now ridiculously high), and Poundstone is around 6'0. If it was down to pure strength alone, I bet he would win for sure!

You think so? I think that Big Z is the man as it comes down to pure strength. Strength combined with conditioning, it is Poundstone or Pudz, depending on their shape.

  • You're right, it does look smaller, but then 50kg isn't too much. I am 5'0 tall and I can do that weight, although only twice max.

  • @Paul27chocolate

True, 50kg is nothing. Look @ Poundstone doing 100+kg for reps like he's scratching his back.

  • That's not 50k... more like 20

  • Fake weights are the shit, aaight
