@emmsteemmastewart Uh, she does look happy... and this is probably the hardest part of the whole ballet. Just look at the petit allegro from her entrance with that killer combination of pas de chat, petit jete and attitude devant. And immediately after she has to do the Rose Adagio, which is one of the most difficult things ballerinas face in their entire career. Try doing that while keeping a convincing smile at the same time. Aurelie, however, can do both and more.

The greatest Pas de Chattes in the history of the step. Luminous, enchanting, exactly as it should be. Though, I can't figure out why given the extravaganze of the production, there isn't a magnificent staircase for this Aurora to meet her guests, instead of going through all that traffic. Puzzling.
