First I want to say I just bought this a few days ago and I love it. This thing is hot!! I don't care if it is running or not it is still hot, so be careful!! I made cake t I touched the dome by mistake and almost burnt myself, I waited some time and it was still very hot, it was hot enough to burn a child's hand and cause some pain for me.
If something is cooking at 342 degrees and the only thing separating the hot fom your hand is plastic what do you think.
