  • where's the down up down movement? can't see it : /

  • I don't do sine wave (up & down movement). It wasn't a part of TKD as I first learned it. It adds nothing to TKD but reduces grace, power, speed and fluency. So why do it?

  • Good job on the form. My old master inserted a front kick after each of the double upper blocks at the beginning of it. I tested on that in 1986.

  • pretty good, all the punches in that form are meant to be high.

  • @sombras1981 Whats bad about it? Technique is good. Movements are good. Stances are good. Blocks are good. And theres no sine wave which is fantastic as Sine Wave is shit.
