I don't do sine wave (up & down movement). It wasn't a part of TKD as I first learned it. It adds nothing to TKD but reduces grace, power, speed and fluency. So why do it?
@sombras1981 Whats bad about it? Technique is good. Movements are good. Stances are good. Blocks are good. And theres no sine wave which is fantastic as Sine Wave is shit.

Good job on the form. My old master inserted a front kick after each of the double upper blocks at the beginning of it. I tested on that in 1986.
