Honest Abe just dodged the bullet. Why didn't he dodge his killer's bullet? I know it was on the back, but his killer was a human being. Abe killed Vamps for over 30 yrs and one man with one bullet took him down.

@JKGonzales738 because he was old; he nearly got himself killed on his last hunt, and that was ten+ years before his assassination. he didn't hear him coming; booth was being stealthy, and the crowd was laughing uproariously at a joke. he didn't really care all that much whether he lived or died, with most of what he cared about (his mother, his first love, three of his sons) being killed by vampires. oh, and Booth was a vampire that didn't want to admit he'd lost the civil war. that enough?
