I HATE pads! Its just so gross feeling like your wearing a diper and it really isint plesant. The only time i wear them is a night cause i don't want to catch TSS. But yeah tampon+pantie liners= good ;p

I got mine in 6th grade and I'm in 8th now. I use both but I like tampons better because I can't feel them. I wear pads at night and at home, but tampons for school because we have PE and they're just easier.

i love tampons and panty liners i use tampons at night because when u sleep the blood go off the pad onto panties so! TAMPONS has one less of disadvantage than pads

Hii! I am 13 and I use pads:P mostly because I never had tried tampons yet. And I have never found the subject of a period as embarrassing or a secret. I have know what it was my whole life because i grew up around lots of girls. My friend freaks out when i ask her in a normal voice in the GIRLS bathroom if shes on her period right now. :) It's kinda funny. I'm a bleeder and I am proud. :D lol

And my embarrassing story is, it was my first period, so I didn't wanna tell my mom, so I took one of her pantiliners, not knowing they wouldn't last with my heavy flow, and it was a school dance that night, so I wore WHITE jeans! With only a pantiliner. ! Everyone saw a big huge red spot, and no one told me until the dance was over !

Anywho, we're both TAMPON girls, but use pads at night. To us it feels like a diaper, so we stick to a liner if we leak through.(: I have a heavier flow than my cousin, I bleed through a super plus Playtex Sport, in only 2 hours! She uses a regular that will last her around 4 hours. Our periods tend to only around 5 days though. Thanks!(:

Whats up girl. Well okay i started mine real early too, but i got the boobs at an early age. Anyways, i was about 10, and i went swimming. I actually KNEW about the whole tampon thing, but i didnt know how long it lasted. So i had this small little lite day tampon in for a good 4 hours on my first day, and i am pretty heavy. So i go to my friends birthday party at a hotel, and we go swimming. I jump in the pool and do some strokes, and as i look back, a line of blood was behind me, so horrible.
