It sounds like the noise is happening as you lift off of the throttle when shifting.. It is just boost pressure being diverted from the charge pipe back into the supercharger intake pipe.. It works much the same as a blow off valve except the air is recycled through the S/C instead of into the atmosphere... It prevents damage to the throttle body.... It sounds much louder with the high boost kit at 8200 RPM.

@barflew It was one of the pipes rubbing up against a plastic panel.
