  • I think dumbbells are great just to have lying around when you don't have access to a gym or if it's just inconvenient to get to one. You can do so much with them. I could probably use the shoulder exercises because I have terrible posture, haha.

  • In th estraight arm workouts you showed, the dumb-bells should not be lifted above the shoulder. This is because you are very prone to bad injuries with weight at this angle. Other than that: great vid and good to see you again ^^

  • @LucasJaiden hey dude, when i first started i was pretty much just lifting nothing. it takes a long time! if you have a really good workout program, things will go much faster. i spent over a year not working out properly. so it took me longer. keep beefing!

    can you PLEASE show me an example of this because this is the area i need to target most in order to pass as Male full-time. i have broad shoulders but no development of the tops or my back muscles. i can bulk up everwhere else just fine, but toning is a pain and my abs and back always need lengthening and strengthening. hoping to get a session or 3 with a personal trainer coming here soon...
