  • Bill is very powerful! If you watch Dan Rather on HD Net to see what this game is really all about. Guest workers from India are pouring into this country supported by Mr. Gates because they work for less. US workers are being terminated and replaced by Guest workers. Come on Bill own up and admit what this is all about. You own the congress, but they should pass laws blocking this continued ruin of our country by greedy business and Gov. Reps.

  • @nhb1234 Look up the work of Dr. Norman Matloff, Ron Hira and the Programmers Guild for more info on how H1B is just a cheap labor program; Gates and his foundation have lots of money to throw around DC, that why he gets heard; everyone knows H1B is a cheap labor scam but washington parasite hide behind the myth that they are immigrants who are starting Fortune 500 companies. Too bad not a single important company has NEVER been founded by an H1B.

  • Watch Dan Rather's report "No Thanks for Everything" from HDNet, if you want to see the truth of the matter.

  • @walterabyrd wish you or someone could upload them to youtube. I was a tech worker until 2002; never worked after that. You would be suprised how oblivious the general public is to the H1B issue - they just dont know about it And college kids who cannot get jobs, they are in the dark that the politicians and their own universities are selling them out. Even worse Obama does even seem to know or care about the issue anymore.

  • Rohrabacher nailed Gates.

In response to Dana Rohrabacher, Bill Gates is doing a solid Barney Fife impersonation together with the squeaky voice and fidgety stammering.

  • If this country doesn't stop importing these job thieves it will only get worse. China, over the past decade, has made an effort to educate more of it's population. There are tons of educated Chinese who have IT Degrees but the Chinese government can't employ them. There aren't enough jobs there. So, guess where they'll end up? India is nothing but a leach. They suck off the American tit to sustain their "economic power". India would be nothing but a "cow-worshipping" society without the US.

  • More than 150,000 computer programmers are out of work. I calculate over FOUR MILLION american engineers having lost their jobs. Think about it we imported 6 million indians for 4 million american engineering jobs. Worse! In 2008 and 2009 we imported (a total of ) 490,000 indians with fake degrees... DURING THIS RECESSION! BILL GATES YOU ARE A LIAR AND A PIECE OF SHIT

  • What a cockroach

  • If IT workers imported from other countries were truly superior to Americans, one would think that Microsoft products would be improving. Sorry kids... they arent.

Microsoft has been playing games to save money on labor for years... first permatemps (which they had to pay nearly 100 million in a suit over), now H1b and increasing exporting of jobs are costing the US what's left of its decent paying jobs in exchange for corporate slavery.

It's wrong, and it needs to stop.

  • @djjimi Nothing that MS made billions on was actually INVENTED at MS. DOS was bought from another company. Windows came from XeroxParc via Apple. Word processing, spread sheets and their whole office suite was invented by other people who are never given credit or compenstation. They licensed IE from the University of Chicago code base... and the list goes on. And none of this stuff was invented by H1Bs.

  • Could you imagine, if, in 1934, Henry Ford testified in front of

    Senator Millard Tydings's

commitee that he wanted to bring in 750,000 Chinamen on H1B Visas to replace engineers and skilled line workers at the Ford plant in Michigan?

  • Bill Gates is full of bullshit.

There are enough talented and qualified Americans to fill every job in the USA.

Gates is a greedy traitor bastard.

  • @wheelinthesky300 He's an internationalist traitor along with most of the other people on the panel infront of him. In slighty less civil but more expediant coutries, patriots of his calibre are awarded piano wire neckties - they are called traitors. In the US they are called lobbyists and we pay them millions. Go figure.

  • @wheelinthesky300 Very true. The problem is that the general public is not aware of the displacement and wage suppression. Its a very carefully covered up by the media since it saves corporate billions every year even though it has destroyed the middle class and american innovation.

  • @YragQtip no, I just want morons like you to go back to Europe. you need mental help, ah thats true you can't cause you don't have any brain :)

go back to school dumb shit and try to learn instead of fearing global competition.

  • @YragQtip not in the majority bud, may be in some parts for not for long, clearly you are not following the demographics trends, have you been to LA?

Greeks can't go anywhere because they don't have any money :) lol. May be you can go a building in Oklahoma and do your thing like your terrorist buddy :)

  • @YragQtip @YragQtip I think dumb European migrants should be exported out. Greece would take them happily :) lol

  • @YragQtip I think dumb European migrants should be exported out. Greece would take them happily :) lol

  • @YragQtip ooh I think European migrants should be exported back to Europe along with their children and grandchildren, Greece would be a good place for them, no? ok, Italy, Spain Portugal would work just fine for lazy and dumb asses :) lol

  • @YragQtip ok, sounds good let all the jobs export out to America as you suggest. :)lol

  • Rohrbacher is a sell out

your goverment doesn't even care you

your taxes pays rohrbacher what a joke your country is

  • @majorkrohn Maybe, but he is right about H1B.

  • @linuxguru and @indiasucksalwys - Listen to him morons, there is a reason why you should listen to Bill Gates!

When A class immigrant engineers come to work here, B and C class American students get the work around them. This solves unemployment.

  • @utuve12 Thats from a study that says that one H1B creates five jobs. The problem is the same number of jobs would be created with a local candidate as well - its not the H1B that creates the jobs - its just filling the slots. Most H1B are NOT the A class immigrant engineers.

  • @utuve12 Look in the the research of Ron Hira: 85-90% H1Bs earn less than 50K/year some as low as $9/hour. Only about 5-10% are the high paid ones you are referrring. H1Bs are overwhelmingly cheap labor doing routine work and rare workers which is the problem. And, no H1B has founded a Fortune 500 company.

  • @linuxguru1968, well there I agree with you that if H1Bs are allowed to work at a cheaper than prevalent rate then it should be corrected. They should be paid as much as equivalent qualified American worker would get paid. Also, H1B visa does not allow anyone to start a company so sorta explains no Fortune 500 company by H1Bs

  • @linuxguru1968 Anyone can found a company or make a patent. What do you mean they are not allowed to "found" companies? I am curious?

  • @utuve12 Too bad bill lies, New York bomber was an h1b, he was best and brightest but unable to blow up car, or get out of country, and liar traitor bill laid 6,000 last year

  • @SonicArchives Ive heard even worst stories covered up by the media: that an H1B brougth antibiotic resistant TB into the US and exposed a bunch of people in a NY ER.

  • @linuxguru1968 no but it does not surprise me, media never said much about NY bomber working as temporary clerk in the accounting department of Cosmetic store, rather insane when unemployment is so high. This is what H1b is for? Just cheap labor. The economy was in a nose dive then too, Our media like government is horrible.

  • If INDIOTS are "top people" then where is the Indian operating system? Doesn't exist does it?

  • I'm still looking for the Fortune 500 company Gates claimed was founded by an H1B. Can you name it?

  • It was DEMOCRAT Clinton who passed the massive guest worker visa increases in Oct. 1998 & April 2000 - flooding America will millions of INDIOTS who have wrecked our economy. In 1998 we were promised they would go home after the boom. They are still here. Not only are they still here - they have taken over and won't hire Americans. Title 8, Section 1182 - INADMISSIBLE ALIENS. USE IT.

  • Actaully the trouble started in the summer of 1990 when the program with its loopholes was enacted - check the Matloff archive.

  • I am well aware of when the program started. My first IT job was in 1992 and before that I was unemployed a year because of H-1B. When I did get my 1st job it was 95% foreign workers - I was one of 2 American programmers. Needless to say, after I left 2 years later, the company went under - as most companies employing H-1Bs do.

  • He talked about top people, what he's really doing is using unpaid workers (ie slaves) to get rich. This is the company that has military contracts? Gee, do I feel safe now.

  • Execs and corporate recruiters use the bigoted term "top people" to refer to the ideal job candiate - young and cheap used to displace older workers and drive down wages. Gates, Ellison, Job, Wozniak and many other teches were college drop outs and could NOT be referred to as "top talent"; yet they founded these tech giants. Kind of contradictory, isnt' it? 85-90% of H1Bs earn less than $50K/year some as low as $9/hours - based on pay -they are not top talent.

  • @linuxguru1968 Listening to anyone that thinks outsourcing jobs into countries that still use slavery is a win win situation.....

Rather obvious what the Republican agenda is... personal profit and blatant lies.

  • @floweroscottland True. But, the Democrats are just as bad; Kerry and Kennedy both sponsored an H1B hike even after the big immigration bill failed. Schumer tried to kill the Sanders/Grassley ammendment to the stimulus bill. We know the pro-biz Repulicans support H1Bs; its the Democrats who pretent to do something about it but actually vote for it that is the problem. The are back stabbers.

  • @linuxguru1968 Dude, I totally concur. The vast majority of politicians that i have seen in my 38 years represent nothing more than crooks taking lobbyists' money.... might as well throw candy at kindergartners if you'd like to see them as I do. We really need to get back to the constitution and take a good look at the role of the federal and state authorities, I'm pretty sure there wasn't a clause about political bribes being legal. The coffers are empty, last I heard 4.5 billion in Fort Nox.

  • The main problem is that there is a flaw in our Constitution that equates giving money to politicians with "free speech" - that was an actual Supreme Court decision. I don't think the FF intended to have the free speech clause interpreted as broadly as flag burning or giving money to politicians - but that is how the courts interpret it. As a result, we have wide spread buying out of politicians and tragedies like H1B.

  • I've been considering floating a state level grass roots campaign to amend the Constitution to redefine "free speech" back to what the FF intended the right for individuals to freely express themselves. Properly done, I think an amendment like that could eliminate the corrupt money practices. The "free speech" issue definition is what is holding back public financing of elections - which I think would bring real level playing field to both conservative and liberal and real debate.

  • Amend the constitution to make it illegal for ANY sitting Federal official to take ANY money from ANYONE. Back when it was written, the banksters had not yet taken over the country as they have now - and as Jefferson had warned us about. We need to heed his warning.

  • Gates and the H1B cheap labor hogs are internatinalist parasites. The could care less if the US fell apart and even less the tragic effect that H1B has had on the middle class. That's why many of us think they are traitor; sadly Obama and McCain and the rest of the Washington crowd are on ther payrole.

  • Gate: Four-eyed, kermit the frog lookalike, greedy motherfucker!

  • Another worthless piece of shite that should have been drowned at birth

  • Getting this idiot Gates to agree to anyone anywhere deserving a pay increase is like watching someone pulling his teeth. Unbelievable. He is the epitome of greed in America. What a traitorous piece of shit.

Tell us about all those "high paying" jobs at MS Bill? What, 50K plus dropping stock options? That is what he was paying in the late 90s when everyone else was making 100K plus.

Now he lays off thousands and only cries out for more cheap labor.

  • I've heard rumors that back in the 1980s Gates required that new employee take lower than competitor rates of pay to PROVE that they were really dedicated to working for MS. MS cannot really increase its market share dramatically or come up with new killer apps, so all they can do is cut labor costs to improve profitability. When they do that they drive the people who WOULD create the new innovations out of industry.
