I have both, the rustler is fun for high speed and wheelie action but I put the Velineon BL in the slash and it much easier to control and way more fun to me, and way better on the track!! I also suggest new aluminum shocks and towers and the 17mm conversion so you can run buggy/truggy wheels!! Enjoy
yea are these stock? i want to know what batteries their running as well. is a 7 cell 5000 mAh venom good enough to contend in a race like this? or are these like heavily modified?
These are modified for sure. I like the stock class myself. But the mod class is taking off pretty well. In my 10 years of semi pro racing, this is the funnest class by far.
clay is nice for traction, but dirt is more realistic and chalenging, which i like :)

What are the specs on the winning truck? Tires, Motor, Gearing, Battery, Shock positions? Love the track, would love to make it there from memphis.

This just helps prove that all that needs to be regulated is tires in order to keep a class fair. :D
Awesome video. Nearly a perfect Slash-style track also.
More need to be of this quality.
