I am a belly dancer of Lebanese origin and I know what it takes to perform all the moves Asi executes in a ridiculous way on stage. He is more of a clown than a dancer. He comes across as a chimpanzee emulating human movements.

@merlinado that is your opinion, it's ok if you don't like him. I've been watching most of its video and I read alot of positive comments. He maybe not the best dancer in the world but he likes to put a show and people like that !

He puts on a show, that is all he does, and it is all about him and not his performance. Belly dancers do not interact with the public. They perform to the music and become one with it. He wants to be adored and worshiped and dancing does not work like that. His steps are awkward and sometimes it looks like he is about to fall. He is not gracious, he could be masculine and remain gracious in his performance. I do not know what zoo he escaped from.
