I love parodies, but your voice is far too good for this song to be a parody. The video just detracts from how great of a vocalist you are. I would love to see you do this cover with a more serious video. Or change the lyrics to fit the mood of the video.

@warmflatsprite I like her voice better than Lauper's, though that might not be saying much for Jessica as much as it says about Lauper. But this song is too somber with the lyrics as they are that it just seems to conflict with the funny video. I LOVE her voice and her unique style. She's more than good enough for radio play. I just think the video doesn't catch up to the caliper of her voice.
