i dont think id be able to plow with a cylinder lift plow even though we have a fisher ht, im just so used to seeing a lift arm on our fisher rd and hd
When stacking with a Vee pull into the pile only half scooped and when backing out just as you hit the gas in reverse scoop the rest of the way and the truck will backstroke (thats what I call the manouver) out like nothing.Never stack fully scooped leave a bit to back out of the pile. You will never get stuck stacking again.
dont ya love getting stuck in the pile. that happend to me 3 times in 45min on the same pile last year and this year i got stuck in the middle of a lot when the plow lifted over the windrow i was pushin always fun when that happens
nice video. dont you just hate being hung up with the plow like that! we had 18" on 2/10-11/10 and i got stuck 3 times in 20 hours. its such a pain. lol just got to keep chains in the bed hoping someone drives by. LOL... Keep us updated!
@xXBlackMagicXx007 Love the Duramax and the Boss V-Plow is great. I plowed many years witha straight blade I really like the increased flexability of the V
@xXBlackMagicXx007 I always used Westerns, nice plows. But the V is the BOMB! It does overload the front end of the 2500HD Duramax by a few 100 lbs, but I am not concerned. I put two turns into the torsion bars, when I pick up the plow the front end squats maybe 2 inchs and that is it. The truck plows and handles like a dream! I love it, just wish we would get more snow!
