@TheBBQSquad The beginning of the song tries to reflect is that Rush always runs out at the worst times, and Eddie always spits out items you never want. You always hope for a health recharge, extra life, or E can, and instead spits out a weapon charge. At 1:41 you see a list of items wanted items; E can, 1UP, life energyy...after which are a bunch of joke items like sports car, PC, 360, Wii, etc.

Anyone who grew up on the game series has lived these terrible predicaments at least once.

@JerseyJesus You can, in most areas, go back down a ladder if eddie gives you something you don't want, then go back up again and he'll give you something differant. You just have to not get the item he gives you the first time.

People say that it is useless because on the games that it doesn't appear you can use Rush Jet underwater, but the only Rush Jet that works like Rush Marine is the one from Mega Man 3.

It's completely useless in mm3: There is no section made easier by using it. In MM4 there is a single section where it makes spike avoidance easier and the section itself quicker. It's still only one though...
